SL3240A is a shiny side out polyester/aluminum foil-based moisture barrier laminate designed for ESD applications, using a 23micron PET outer layer for increased toughness. The construction is designed to minimize contamination, such as outgassing and non-volatile residues. It is free of primary amines, amides, and silicone compounds. This moisture barrier film meets the requirements of IPC/JEDEC J-STD-033C standard.
